Cape Town - Hailey Baldwin has made her marriage to Justin Bieber Instagram official.
The 21-year-old model took her husband's last name and changed her Instagram handle to @haileybieber on Friday.
According to TMZ Justin's team reached out to the photo-sharing app to ask about changing Hailey's username that same day.

The name change comes two months after the couple secretly tied the knot in New York.
Hours before the surprise announcement, Justin confirmed their relationship status on Instagram with a couple photo he captioned: "My wife is awesome."
In the candid photo, Hailey and Justin hold hands, showing off the massive rock on the model's finger.
Hailey's Twitter and Facebook usernames have yet to be changed.
