Harrison Ford helps rescue a woman from car wreck

Cape Town – Harrison Ford played a hero when helping a woman evacuate her vehicle after she ran her car off the highway in rural California.

TMZ reports the Star Wars actor stopped to help when he saw a woman accidentally drive her car off the road late on Sunday morning.

In photos, obtained by TMZ, Ford and a group of bystanders can be seen rescuing the woman – who was taken away by an ambulance with minor injuries - from her car.
