Hayden Panettiere had a bruised face and a scrape and swelling on her hand when cops arrived at her home on Valentine's Day where they arrested her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, for domestic battery.
According to TMZ, the police arrived in the early hours of the morning to find Brian in the driveway with Hayden still inside the house. They responded to a call saying there was a disturbance in the area after an intoxicated man punched his girlfriend.
Hayden was reportedly shouting "he beat the fuck out of me" and court documents later revealed he did so "with a closed fist on the right side of her face", reports E! News.
Hayden alleged the two had been in the bedroom when he "started throwing her around and punched her".
According to People, this isn't the first time the two have gotten into an altercation during their on-again, off-again relationship. In 2019, a judge ordered Brian stay away from the Nashville star after he was arrested for domestic violence.
