Cape Town – Cardi B and rapper husband Offset pulled out all the stops at their baby shower on Tuesday.
Only a couple of days after confirming their marriage, the couple celebrated the impending birth of their daughter, who they are calling ‘Bardi’, with 85 guests at an art gallery in Atlanta, E! News reports.
According to People magazine, the theme, Bardi Shower: A Bronx Fairytale, was decorated with animal-shaped pink and white flowers, delicious monster leaves, pink balloons and a four-tiered cake while snacks included chicken and waffles and meatballs.
The event further featured a children’s book library and a ‘Bardi Baby Bodega,’ where guests could grab a variety of refreshments and other products.
A source told Us Weekly that while Cardi hired a party planner, she “was involved in all of the planning. She really wanted to make it special and a true dance party. Cardi wanted everyone to have an amazing time.”
