The lovebirds are a perfect example of the saying, "couples who work out together stay together" in a recent photo and video of a gruelling couple work out session.
Looking so amazing doesn’t come easy but in the recent snap on Instagram, JLo gave praise to her SO for pushing her to work hard.
And in a video shared on Alex’s Instagram the Shades of Blue actress showed off her washboard abs while dancing in front of the camera.
