John Legend invited the entire cast of 'The Voice' over – and didn't tell Chrissy Teigen!

Cape Town – Chrissy Teigen is pretty mad at John Legend and, to be honest, we'd be too.

The Lip Sync Battle host tweeted on Tuesday that she didn't know it was the night of The Voice finale and John and Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Kelly Clarkson were coming over. "I didn't know tonight was The Voice finale. John invited everyone to dinner at the house after and I'm really fucking mad because I didn't make a fucking FINALE meal. I would have gotten a cake or something too. Who the fuck does this? You don't win The Voice then eat short ribs."

In another tweet, Chrissy added, "It sounds dumb, yes but this is VERY John. I am always in charge of doing the fun, extra shit and he has no idea how much I plan normally and he's like 'No it's fine they just wanna have dinner' but it's literally the finale of their show? And I have no ice cream truck."

Chrissy shared her WhatsApp messages to John, and when her rant went viral fans obviously trolled the 34-year-old. But she trolled them right back.

"If you think this is stupid go ahead and tell me what you made when Blake, Kelly and Gwen came over to your house," she said.

John responded to Chrissy – on Twitter – and said, "I'm working on a solution. I'm sorry for stressing you out!" which turned out to be him ordering a cake on top of Chrissy doing the same.

So People's Sexiest Man Alive later shared a picture of everyone and wrote, "Our dinner party went off without a hitch and was far less uncomfortable than that of Michael Scott and Jan. And there was cake!"
