Cape Town – John Stamos is no longer just the favourite uncle!
The Full House star and his wife Caitlin McHugh have welcomed a baby boy named Billy.
John announced Billy’s birth on Monday morning, alongside a snap of the newborn nestled on his chest. He wrote: “From now on, the best part of me will always be my wife and my son. Welcome Billy Stamos (named after my father) #NotJustanUncleAnymore #Overjoyed”

No other deatils of Billy's birth have been released.
John and Caitlyn announced their engagement in October last year. Shortly thereafter they announced that they were expecting their first child together.
They tied the knot in February.
