Justin Bieber's most honest post yet reveals his struggle with addiction and how Hailey helped him through

Cape Town – Justin Bieber's opened up in the past about wanting to throw in the towel, unable to deal with the music industry. But in his latest and most honest post yet, he revealed just how challenging life's been of late – and how Hailey Bieber helped him through.

The Sorry singer took to Instagram sharing, "It's hard to get out of bed in the morning with the right attitude when you are overwhelmed with your life, your past, job responsibilities, emotions , your family, finances, your relationships. When it feels like there's trouble after trouble. You start foreseeing the day through lenses of 'dread' and anticipate another bad day. A cycle of feeling disappointment after disappointment. Sometimes it can even get to the point where you don't even want to live anymore."

Justin went on to explain the pressure he felt as a child star in the music industry, how he lacked the maturity to make better decisions and it led him to start taking "heavy drugs" at 19.

"I became resentful, disrespectful to women, and angry. I became distant." he said. "I was hiding behind a shell of a person I had become. I felt like I could never turn it around."

Justin admitted the only way he managed to make it through was by surrounding himself with people who love him – such as Hailey Bieber, specifically.

"Now I am navigating the best season of my life," he said, "MARRIAGE." He described it as an "amazing, crazy, new responsibility" teaching him "patience, trust, commitment, kindness, humility and all of the things it looks like to be a good man".

"All this is to say even when the odds are against you keep fighting," he wrote, also telling his followers to "be kind, be bold" and "love people today not by your standards but by God's perfect, unfailing love."

Justin and Hailey tied the knot in a New York City courthouse in September 2018 and have been together ever since. They're planning to remarry in a religious ceremony this month though, in front of family and friends.

Stephen Baldwin, Hailey's dad, recently commented on what he thinks will be a "very fun wedding" saying specifically of the couple's relationship with God, "I just think that as Christians and as believers they understand that if you don't have the God's spirit working in your marriage it just makes it more and more difficult to make it work and have peace and find happiness.

"Weddings and marriage are supposed to be a holy commitment, one onto another," he added.
