Cape Town - According to TMZ, Ray West – rapper Kanye West’s father – has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently being treated in LA.
A source told the outlet that Ye called off all immediate plans so that he could support his father, who seems to be responding well to the treatment.
The Famous hitmaker – who recently spent time in hospital himself after his wife, Kim Kardashian, rushed him to the ER with a serious case of flu – has an amicable relationship with his father.

Ray and Kanye’s late mother, Donda, divorced when he was a young child and since her death, Ye has suffered several breakdowns.
