Cape Town – Kate Beckinsale had the perfect reaction to being mistaken for someone else, who happens to royally famous.
The British actress made headlines when she revealed in an Instagram post, that she was hospitalised over the weekend after suffering from a ruptured ovarian cyst.

Unfortunately, one publication that ran with the story used a photo of the wrong Kate – they used a photo of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
Making light of the mistake, Kate the actress joked that she is well enough to “resume my royal duties,” adding that “William says hi” alongside a screengrab of the article.
She further thanked fans for all their kids wishes and for sharing similar stories about what she went through.
