Cape Town - Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett’s marriage is officially over.

A judge reportedly signed off on the former couple’s divorce case on Thursday, 21 February, and restored their single person statuses, E! Online reports.

“It’s still surreal. She’s been waiting to put this all behind her,” a source close to Kendra said.

“She was of course heartbroken when her marriage fell apart, but soon realised this is what’s best for everyone.

“She’s focusing on herself, her health and most importantly her children. She’s looking forward to what the future holds.”

Kendra (33) and Hank (36) will share joint custody of their children, Hank Baskett IV (9) and daughter Alijah (4), according to US Weekly.

The pair will also be keeping their individual properties and splitting money in their bank accounts evenly.

After nearly nine years of marriage, the Kendra on Top reality star filed for divorce from the former American football player in April 2018, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, People reports.

The divorce application came hours after Kendra took to Instagram to announce that the couple called it quits.

“Today is the last day of my marriage to this beautiful man,” Kendra captioned her post.

“I will forever love Hank and be open but for now we have chosen to go our own ways.

“I’m beyond sad and heartbroken because I did believe in forever, that’s why I said yes, but unfortunately too much fear has gotten in the way.

“We’re both amazing parents and our kids will be happy n never know the difference other than seeing mama smile.”
