E! News reports the Kendra on Top star later apologised to Hank on the social media platform, saying she hopes he can forgive her for ending his football career.
She added that all she had ever wanted was a family but was “too immature” to give him more.
The tweets have since been deleted.
After deleting her apology, Kendra announced that she will no longer tweet about Hank out of respect for her children.
She added a second tweet, saying: “I think I just need some dick.”
