Kerry Washington just realised how her childhood pet catfish died

Cape Town – Kerry Washington realising how her childhood pet fish died his hilariously traumatic.

The 40-year-old appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote the final season of Scandal (The Fixer) but that was just one of the topics at hand.

Washington is not only a brilliant actress, she also happens to be great at telling stories, but according to her not as good as her dad.

She told Stephen: “He [Kerry’s dad] has a really special skill for taking the mundane and exaggerating into a story."

Which led Kerry to use the story of how her dad “created an elaborate ceremony” to move her catfish, named Mr and Mrs Katz, from their house to a lake in New York State as an example.

However upon telling Colbert this story, the show host helped Washington come to the realisation that her catfish which she thought had been moved, had probably died and the whole thing was just a cover up.

As you’d imagine, Kerry’s entire world was turned upside down.
