Cape Town – Kim Kardashian has apologised after calling her friends the ‘R-word’ at sister Kendall Jenner’s birthday party.
The reality TV star dressed up as Baywatch star Pamela Anderson alongside her bestie Jonathan Cheban, who dressed as Pamela’s ex Tommy Lee.
Sharing videos on Instagram Stories, Kim asked guests in attendance to guess who she was dressed as and used the derogatory term when they couldn’t.

In a statement to E! News, Kim said: “I want to apologise for what I said in a recent video post that is inappropriate and insensitive to the special needs community.”
She added that it was not her intention to offend anyone and will learn from her mistake.
Kim’s comments come after sister Khloé Kardashian came under fire for using the same word during an Instagram live stream in July.
The Good American co-founder later apologised after being called out on Twitter, Us Weekly reported.
