Cape Town – Kim Kardashian had a bone to pick with American fast food chain, Jack in the Box and proved how powerful she is on social media when dealing with it.
The reality TV star called out Jack in the Box on Twitter without even tagging them, with a "serious complaint" on Monday and in less than 24 hours, the fast food chain responded and resorted the problem.
It all started when Kim tweeted: "Hey, Jack in the Box I have a serious complaint but I won’t fully put you on blast, check your corporate email inbox or send me a DM with direct person for my team to contact. Pronto!"
Feeling the pressure, Jack in the Box responded to Kim asking her to send them a direct message with contact details so that they can investigate the complaint.
After sending her 60.7 million followers into a frenzy, Kim clarified: "I would like to add that this is not about me or a wrong order. Nobody recognised me and it's something that I observed that affected other customers at this particular location that was concerning."
The company later responded to Kim's first tweet thanking her for speaking to them and assuring her that action is being taken to "ensure that everyone has positive experiences when visiting Jack in the Box".
Kim then thanked the fast food chain for their swift response.
