Cape Town – It’s official! Kim Kardashian has confirmed she and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child together via surrogate.
Reports that the West family is growing in numbers broke earlier this month. It was later reported that the couple were expecting a baby boy in May but the Kardashian / Jenner clan remained silent about details.

During an episode of Watch What Happens Live on Monday night, Kim – who appeared alongside her sister Kourtney and Khloé – confirmed the reports to be true.
When asked by host Andy Cohen if they are “working on another child,” Kim responded, “We are,” E! News reports.
Kim further confirmed that her three kids – North, 6, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 11-months – are getting a baby brother.
