Cape Town - Kanye West may have jumped the gun because Kim Kardashian is not moving to Chicago permanently.
ICYMI, the rapper announced he would be relocating to his hometown during an open-mic event in Chicago on Monday.
TMZ then reported that while Kimye will be keeping their LA homes, they have already found the perfect property in Chi-Town to relocate to.

Sources close to Kim have however confirmed to E! News, that the KKW Beauty CEO is not planning on packing up and moving house anytime soon.
“Kim isn't going to move to Chicago full time. She will be spending time there and supporting Kanye.”
The source added that Kim’s businesses are based in Los Angeles and that their eldest daughter, North, 5, is currently attending school in California.
Kim is also said not to be in a big hurry to make any big decisions as Kanye often changes his mind.
“Kanye changes his mind about things often, so she isn't going to make any big decisions. She is open to spending more time in Chicago, and they are talking about it.”
I guess we won’t be seeing a Kim and Kanye take Chicago spinoff any time soon.
