Kim Kardashian shuts down North West's fashion moment and her reaction is so relatable

Cape Town – North West dressed herself up in a pink dress and her mom's matching boots and Kim Kardashian was not having it.

Let's be honest, we've all been at that age where we want to dress ourselves to go out and won't settle for anything less. So, we totally understand North's teary-eyed reaction when her mom shut down her look.

Sharing photos of the entire incident as it happened, Kim wrote: "Miss North dressed herself and thought she was ready for the day until I explained she couldn’t wear my boots."

In the first three photos the 5-year-old is strutting around with confidence, ready to take on the world. Things went terribly south however, in the fourth snap as North is told she can't wear Kim's boots.
