Cape Town - Kim Kardashian West dropped jaws and turned heads at Monday’s Met Gala. The reality starlet upped her glam game in a gold Versace dress, with critics saying it’s her best look ever.
According to People, she wore a custom chainmail Versace dress featuring crosses embroidered on the bodice and hip. Kim teamed the dress with double cross necklaces and long extensions. She topped it off with Cleopatra-like make-up.
And with her husband, Kanye West, not around Kimmy got the spotlight all to herself. This was the second consecutive year Kim held her own on the Met Gala carpet. According to Elle, the mom-of-three went solo last year because Yeezy was “at home”. “He’s been taking some time off and really loving that,” Kim reportedly said at the time.
On Tuesday morning Kimmy showed her support for her hubby however, Tweeting: “Love you babe wish you were here with meeeeee but you’re only finishing up 5 albums."
This came after Kanye tweeted flame emojis with a stunning photo of his wife looking glamorous in gold.

And with all eyes on Kimmy’s Instagram, she uploaded a variety of snaps of the night’s events on Tuesday morning.
Taking to her Instagram and Snapchat account, the 37-year-old shared pics of her figure-hugging frock, Sarah Jessica Parker, Donatella Versace, as well as momager Kris Jenner trying to say “okurrr” with Cardi B.
