Cape Town - We always knew she was tiny – but this tiny?!

Pint-size reality star Kourtney Kardashian has revealed she tips the scales at just 98 pounds. That's a teeny 44kg!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star made the revelation in an episode of the reality show, People reports. While making a salad in the kitchen she tells sister Khloe Kardashian she’s going for a run in the heat. Khloé then tells her friend Simon Gebrelul: “You know she’s 97 pounds?”

Kourtney responds: “Guess what? I gained a pound. I’m 98 pounds.”

She goes on to explain she’s not much heavier than her eight-year-old son: “You know Mason is 62 pounds (28kg).”

Kourtney (38) has always been open about her weight, according to US Weekly. After welcoming her third child, Reign, in December 2014 she documented herself getting back into shape.

In an Instagram photo posted in April 2015 Kourtney wrote in the caption that she weighed 116 pounds (52,6kg) – but shut down her critics by revealing her height. “I’m 5 feet (1,52m) tall, so everyone relax. I’m on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation.”

She swears by a no-sugar, organic diet to help her keep in shape. “I always try to avoid sugar - especially refined sugar - for so many reasons,” she shared on her website last year.

“First, sugar is addictive and I notice that after I eat it, I need it. Sugar doesn’t sustain you when you actually need energy, like for a workout. Also, when I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears.”

The mom of three, who's dating 24-year-old model Younes Bendjima, added that she’s careful about what alcohol she drinks, sticking to tequila on the rocks, beer or wine.
