Cape Town – Kylie Jenner filed a restraining order against a man on Tuesday, stating that she fears for her and one-year-old Stormi's life.
According to E! News, though the Kylie stays in a gated community, the man says he walked up her driveway before court documents revealed he started "aggressively" banging on the door. He claimed he was visiting the beauty mogul.
Kylie wasn't home at the time and security escorted the man off the property. He was later arrested, and the 22-year-old filed a restraining order ensuring he stays 100 yards away from her, her workplace, her property and her car.
"I have suffered, and continue to suffer emotional distress," Kylie says in the documents. "I have a young child and also fear for her safety."
TMZ later updated that the man was under the influence and had a glass pipe on him when he was arrested. He's since been charged with misdemeanour trespassing by driving on private property, and a felony for bringing contraband into the jail.
