Lamar Odom collapses in nightclub

Cape Town – According to TMZ Sport, Lamar Odom collapsed in a nightclub in Los Angeles early on Sunday morning. 

A video of the incident shows security trying to assist the retired professional basketball player whilst screaming at bystanders to get out of the way. 

E! News reports that Odom is “doing well” after the incident. 

In a statement a spokesperson for Odom said: “He was dehydrated and had been in an intense workout earlier in the day. It was also very hot in the club.”

Back in October 2015, the 37-year-old nearly died in a Las Vegas brothel from an apparent drug overdose.
