Liam Payne moves on from Cheryl

Cape Town - Less than eight weeks after singers Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne announced their split, it seems the former One Directioner has a new girlfriend.

And if recent pictures are anything to go by, the new woman in his life is a gorgeous brunette 15 years younger than his former flame.

Liam (24) and Cairo Dwek (20) were recently spotted holding hands as they strolled through the streets of Como, Italy, according to Daily Mail.

The singer and the model had their arms wrapped around each other while they enjoyed a romantic weekend away in northern Italy.

Earlier this month a source close to the Familiar hitmaker revealed he’d moved on with Cairo after meeting her at Medusa restaurant in Vienna, Austria.

He quickly followed her on Instagram and started liking her pictures.

“He’d never followed any girl when he was with Cheryl,” the source said of his Instagram double-tapping.

“It’s obvious that Liam saw her that night and now he’s trying to get her attention.”

After enjoying a lunch together, the rumoured couple were seen passionately kissing in the back of a car, The Sun reports.

“There’s no doubt Liam and Cairo are more than just friends,” an insider told the British tabloid.

“They were kissing passionately with his hand wrapped around the back of her head and they obviously couldn’t get enough of each other.”

Just a week ago Liam - who has a 17-month-old son, Bear, with Cheryl (35) - was spotted getting cosy with hotel heiress Maya Henry (18).

They were again snapped together at the Dolce & Gabbana gala dinner in Como last month and he even met her family. But friends dismissed the dating rumours, saying Liam just isn’t ready for another serious relationship.

So either Cairo is another fling or she’s the game-changer. Only time will tell.
