Cape Town - Canadian singer Michael Bublé (42) and his Argentinean wife, Luisana Lopilato (31), recently welcomed the newest member of their family – and we finally know her name!

The couple - who also have two sons, Noah (4) and Elias (2) - welcomed their baby girl on Wednesday 25 July, People reports.

Her name is Vida Amber Betty.

Vida, whose name means “life” in Spanish, has brought so much joy to the Bublé family home.

“The family are back home and overjoyed with the new addition,” Michael’s rep said to People.

The I Believe in You singer also explained the origin of the newborn’s other names – Amber is his mother’s name and Betty is the name of his mother-in-law.

Luisana shared the exciting news of their baby girl’s birth on Instagram with a cute black and white picture of the newborn’s tiny hands.

“How to explain that the heart of love exploits us?” Luisana captioned her post. “That we don’t reach the hours of the day to contemplate it.

“I thank God for making us this gift of life and joy! Because to look at her eyes is to look at the sky itself! We love you to infinity and beyond.

“We were waiting for you not only to grow as a family. You gave us light, hope. Finally you are and will be our soul life.”

The couple, who’ve been married for seven years, have gone through difficult times after Noah was diagnosed with cancer in 2016. Fortunately the toddler has made a full recovery, Mail Online reports.

The four-time Grammy winner told the Herald Sun that seeing his son battle the illness was traumatic.

“You know what? Hell seems like a really nice place to vacation compared to where we’ve been,” Michael said.

“I’ve been to hell. I don’t talk about the whole story, not even to my friends because it hurts too much. It’s my boy.

“He’s a superhero, he doesn’t need to relive it over and again. But I’ve been to hell.”
