Cape Town – Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino gave fans a glimpse of his life in prison over the weekend.
The Jersey Shore star – who is currently serving an 8-month prison sentence handed to him for tax evasion – shared three pictures of photographs taken at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville where he is being held.
The first photo shows The Situation standing alongside his wife, Lauren Pesce in his prison uniform.
The second and third photos show Mike posing with his Jersey Shore castmates, Vinny Guadagnino and DJ Pauly D.
"Tough Times Don’t Last, Tough People Do #FreeSitch," read the caption in the post.

It is not known whether the 36-year-old is in control of his personal social media accounts, or if Lauren is running it for him while he serves his sentence.
In a recent interview on SiriusXM's The Jenny McCarthy Show, Vinny and Pauly D gave an update on their friend, saying that they "talk to [Mike] every day" via a "special app" and that he is "doing so good".
