Mischa Barton wins revenge porn battle against her ex

Cape Town – Mischa Barton has won a court battle against her ex-boyfriend, Jon Zacharias, preventing him from sharing a sex tape and explicit images taken while they were dating.

The former OC actress prevailed in court with her attorney, Lisa Bloom by her side after striking a deal with her ex that was then signed off by a judge.

According to a tweet shared by Bloom, the distribution of explicit images of the 31-year-old was banned and Jon has been ordered to stay a minimum of 100 yards from Mischa permanently.

TMZ reports that while Mischa may have won on Monday, she will be back in court on Wednesday where she will fight for a permanent restraining order against another ex, Adam Shaw.
