Nick and Priyanka can buy two of the most expensive properties in SA with the amount they’re splurging on a new mansion

Cape Town – Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are house-, or rather, mansion-hunting, with a massive budget.

TMZ reports Nick recently sold his 4.129-square foot Beverly Hills bachelor pad for $6.5 million (R97 million). But nevermind the 5-bedroom, 4-and-a-half-bathroom home with spectacular views of the hills and canyons, with a budget of $20 million – that’s R297 million – the singer and actress have set their sights on something much grander.

The couple is looking to buy a mansion in Bel Air and Beverly Hills, but with their massive budget, they can afford to go house-hunting almost anywhere in the world.

To put things into perspective, with the most expensive mansion on the SA market being a R150 million home in Fresnaye – they can buy TWO of the highest-priced properties in South Africa.
