Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra step out as a married couple for the first time

Cape Town – Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra were spotted leaving their extravagant wedding venue a day after saying ‘I do’.

The newlyweds looked blissfully in love as they made their way to the airport in Jodhpur after a weekend filled with singing, dancing and two glitzy wedding ceremonies.

The couple were joined by some of their family members and wedding guests, who will very likely, as Priyanka previously said, need a vacation after the weekend’s festivities.

This comes after the couple were accused by PETA for animal cruelty after including animals as well as fireworks in their wedding celebration.

PETA calls Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra out for using animals in their wedding

Cape Town - PETA has issued a statement calling Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra out for using animals in their wedding. The couple celebrated their love with two ceremonies over the weekend. The first, a Christian ceremony that was officiated by Nick's dad, Kevin and then a traditional Hindu ceremony on Sunday.

Nick and Priyanka wed in a Christian ceremony on Saturday, before they celebrated their nuptials with a Hindu ceremony on Sunday.

The long weekend’s celebrations included a puja ceremony, a mehendi, a sangeet dance-off betweet the two families.
