Nicki Minaj’s Twitter rant encourages women to know their worth | Drum

Cape Town - After making an exciting return to social media with the announcement of two new singles, Nicki Minaj is making sure her voice is heard.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, the Chun-Li hit-maker posted a series of tweets that encouraged her female fans to know their worth. Using the hashtag #Queen, which is the name for her upcoming album, Nicki had a lot of advice for her Barbz.

#Queen, know your worth. You were a Queen before him. You’ll be a Queen after him. He can’t make or break you. Being equally yoked is what you should strive for. Spirituality is key. Once your spirit can soar on its own, then you are ready to “allow” him the privilege of ur time.

The rapper and singer even let us into her personal life by revealing how she was asked three times for her hand in marriage – and how her new bae is already expecting to have children with her.
