Cape Town - Nikki Bella recently got candid about John Cena’s dating life.
In March, John Cena was pictured cosying up to a woman, later revealed as Shay Shariatzadeh, on a date in Vancouver, Canada, E! Online reports.
During a recent episode of the Bellas podcast, the former WWE wrestler revealed how she felt when she first saw articles about her former beau’s new woman.
"I opened it up and when I saw the photo, it was weird," Nikki said. "Sometimes when you get a text, or you see a photo, or you see your significant other flirt with someone, you know how you get those knots in your stomach and it hurts?
"You either want to poop your pants immediately ... or you just have the craziest tummy ache? Neither of that happened to me. When I saw the big smile on his face with the paparazzi photos, I think that’s why I didn’t want to s**t my pants.
"I felt happy for him. I’m very happy for him. As long as John is happy, I’m happy."
The 35-year-old also revealed that she knew the 12 Rounds actor was back on the dating scene, Page Six reports.
"He and I have talked about it. Maybe that’s why it didn’t hurt me.
"I knew he was dating someone, so I was actually just really curious to see who he was going on dinner dates with – which, you know, they’ll never be like ours. Just kidding. Sorry, that’s the girl in me! Let me get back to being a woman," she said.
The Total Bellas reality star confirmed her romance with Dancing with the Stars coach Artem Chigvintsev in late March, according to Bustle.
