Cape Town - It seems love continues to bloom for Ariana Grande and fiancé Pete Davidson, with the pop star's beau already sporting two tattoos dedicated to their relationship.

But not everyone found the Saturday Night Live star’s latest inking to be a good idea.
Pete's tattoo artist, Jon Mesa told New York Post that he warned the comedian about getting any more girlfriend tats until he makes Ariana his wife – this after Pete called the artist on 18 May to ask him to cover up the tattoo of his ex-girlfriend, Cazzie David’s face.
“So, I did a huge cover-up, adding a forest of trees. After we were done, I told Pete, ‘Hey, dude, let’s just stop with the girlfriend tats until after Grande’s your wife,’” Mesa said.
“Relationships come and go, and Pete is a really young man. But I think that went in one ear and out the other,” he adds.
The star couple’s relationship has been a whirlwind – they got engaged earlier this month after dating for only a few weeks.
Despite Mesa’s scepticism about the couple getting so serious so quickly, he admitted that they do make each other happy and seem really in love.
“They’re just riding that magical wave of bliss together,” he says. “It’s obvious that Pete is super in love with Ariana.”
The pop-star told the New York Post she’s not using Pete as a rebound to get over long-time boyfriend Mac Miller, with whom she ended a relationship in March this year.
