PICS: Inside Solange Knowles’ picture perfect 30th birthday weekend

Cape Town – Solange Knowles celebrated her 30th birthday with her family in Mexico.

The singer/songwriter spent the weekend with her nearest and dearests, including Beyoncé and Jay Z and once again the celebrations looked like something out of a magazine photoshoot.

With the desert as the backdrop and co-ordinating outfits the weekend made for a picture perfect photo album.

To think that we were brought together by our shared best friend receiving her wings still blows me away. Solange, thank you for being the selfless, loyal, adventurous, down for whatever, loving, friend I thought I'd never have again. Your friendship through the greatest and worst of times is priceless to me. We survived our twenties and created some amazing memories but the best ones are yet to be made!
