PICS: Kate Middleton and Paris Hilton are twinning in the same dress

Cape Town – Who would've thought Paris Hilton and Kate Middleton have the same sense of style!

It seems The Duchess of Cambridge even gets style inspiration from the 35-year-old socialite.

Paris attended amfAR's Inspiration Gala on Sunday, 27 October wearing a beautiful white gown, the very same beautiful white gown that Kate wore to a London film premiere on Thursday night. (Read more here)

While the ladies paired the elegant dress, with lace and pleated details made by Self Portrait, with different accessories, both looked stunning.
