Prince Harry and Meghan to visit Sussex for the first time since receiving royal titles

Cape Town - Prince Harry and his wife Meghan are set to make their first official trip to Sussex since they became the Duke of Duchess of Sussex.

Kensington Palace announced on Thursday that the couple will travel to the southern English region on Wednesday, 3 October, where they will see the historic Sussex Declaration, open a Tech Park and meet the community.

The royal couple were given their titles on the morning of their wedding in May.

Kensington Palace announced at the time that Queen Elizabeth was pleased to confer a Dukedom on Prince Harry, making him the Duke of Sussex. Meghan on marriage therefore became the Duchess of Sussex.
