Reports: Summer Phoenix officially files for divorce from Casey Affleck

Cape Town – Casey Affleck’s estranged wife, Summer Phoenix, has reportedly filed for divorce.

According to court documents, obtained by People magazine, Summer is asking for spousal support as well as joint custody of their two sons Indiana, 12 and Atticus, 9.

The couple formally separated in November 2015 but announced their separation publicly in March 2016. They were last seen together in public in 2014.

Summer – who is an actress/model as well as the younger sister of actor Joaquin Phoenix – and the Manchester By The Sea actor were married for 10 years and together for 16.

Reps for both Casey and Summer have not responded to requests for comment.
