A judge has denied Rob Kardashian's request for primary custody of Dream, his three-year-old daughter he shares with Blac Chyna.
This, after Rob filed court documents claiming Chyna has a drug and alcohol problem and parties regularly while Dream is around. Rob alleged Chyna was "snorting cocaine and making violent threats to people in her home... and getting physical by throwing objects, including knives and lit candles", also stating it affected Dream's hygiene and behaviour.
Rob and Chyna started dating in January 2016 and announced their engagement a few months later. But when the couple split in December of that same year, their very public custody battle started.
Now, according to E! News, a judge has denied Rob's request that Chyna only be granted time with Dream on weekends, while a nanny is present, and that she submit to drug and alcohol tests before visits.
Chyna's lawyers later spoke to the publication saying their current arrangement, which Rob agreed to, is working just fine. "Chyna will not back down from Rob and his family's attempt to take away her agreed-upon custody of Dream."
They added, "She will continue to take all necessary steps to protect her children, including defeating Rob and his family's latest attempt to undermine Chyna's joy as a mother to Dream and her ability to make a living as a single mother – without any child support from Rob."
