Johannesburg - Singer Robin Thicke’s house has burned down due to the wildfires currently raging through California.

The 41-year-old, his pregnant girlfriend April Love Geary and their eight-month-old daughter Mia were one of the many celebrities who were evacuated from their homes in Malibu on Friday.

April took to her Instagram story and shared a picture of their front gate and wrote: “Our house is gone” on Saturday afternoon.

Robin also shared pictures of him and his family evacuating their house and wrote, “This is us going North instead of South on the PCH to get away from the fire. We are in the middle of it.”

In the aftermath of their house being on the ones affected by the fire, Robin posted a message to all those who helped his family in their time of need on his Instagram page.

“April, Julian, Mia and I would like to than the courageous firefighters and volunteers,” he began.

“As we drove to safety they risked their lives trying to save our home. We are safe and surrounded by friends and family. We thank you for all the love and support we’ve received, and we send our love and prayers to everyone affected by the fires. Count your blessings,” the singer wrote.

Other celebrities who have been affected by the fires are The Kardashian family, Caitlyn Jenner, Iggy Azalea, Camille Grammer and Gerard Butler to name a few.
