Scott Disick had no idea Kim Kardashian was having a third child

Cape Town – Kim Kardashian apparently forgot to tell Scott Disick that she and Kanye are having a third child and his reaction is priceless.

In a clip for an upcoming episode of KUWTK Kim is showing Scott a room that is under construction, which he finds out is actually going to be a nursery after asking Kim what the room is for.

Perplexed by Kim’s answer Scott tried to understand why Kim would be doing a nursery for a baby she doesn’t even have.

“Do you really think you need to worry about redoing these cabinets if this is going to be a nursery for a kid that you don't even have?”

The father-of-three then asks Kim if she is pregnant which leads Kim is question whether Scott really didn’t know that she and Kanye were having a third child via a surrogate.
