Cape Town - Break-up, what break-up?!

Just a few days ago the rumour mill had it that Sofia Richie and her boyfriend, reality star and businessman, Scott Disick had broken up...

But the 19-year-old model was clearly having none of it as she’s since posted a picture on social media of the two of them looking seriously loved up.

The bombshell daughter of singer Lionel Richie shared the picture on her Instagram story, which shows her sitting on Scott’s lap and sharing a passionate kiss with the 35-year-old father-of-three during a flight. She captioned it: “Whole.”

In a seemingly pointed message at the naysayers, she followed it up with another one of a shadowy bedroom, captioning it: “Never believe the internet.”

Scott chimed in on his social media as well, writing a message on top of a TMZ headline about the relationship, which read: “We had no idea we even broke up but thanks for thinking of us.”

He also shared a photo of himself and Sofia at Hollywood hotspot Nobu on Tuesday, effectively shutting down any break-up talk.

The two were believed to have broken up after stories circulated of Scott’s cheating, Daily Mail reports.

Former long-time partner of reality star Kourtney Kardashian was believed to have flirted heavily with a mystery woman at a listening party for Kanye West’s new album in Wyoming last Thursday.

However sources say Scott, a notorious womaniser, was friends with the woman and was simply being drunk and flirtatious.

Other reports meanwhile blamed the recent ‘split’ on Sofia’s father. Lionel Richie, who is currently on tour in Europe, is said to be against the relationship and has threatened to cut off his daughter financially if she continues to date Scott, who he believes is “toxic” for her.
