Cape Town – Ben Affleck was spotted outside of his house for the first time since entering rehab.
People magazine reports the Batman actor has been given permission to return home to work out with his trainers, but has to return once he is done.
A source revealed: “Ben is working out at his house. Since last week, he’s being driven from the clinic every day from rehab to the house to work out for a few hours. He’s always accompanied by his coach and therapist.”
And while Ben can return home to keep fit, it seems he is allowed visitors as well.
22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton’s car was photographed parked outside the 46-year-old’s house during Ben’s return, Entertainment Tonight reports.
The model was linked to the actor in August, days after he reportedly split for SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.

Ben – who checked into rehab last month after an intervention by ex-wife Jennifer Garner – was later snapped on his way back to The Canyon Treatment Centre in Malibu.
