Cape Town - Taylor Swift just went bananas – literally!
During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 29-year-old was left flabbergasted after discovering that her mom, Andrea, shared an embarrassing video with the host, People reported.
In the hilarious clip a post-op Taylor, who has plastic goggles taped to her face following laser eye surgery, can be seen trying to pick out the perfect banana from the bunch.
But when she fails to do so the You Need To Calm Down singer has a meltdown.
"That wasn’t the one I wanted!" Taylor can be heard saying to her mother.
In an attempt to calm her daughter down, Andrea reassures her and picks out the banana Taylor wanted, adding that she’ll eat the other one.
Moments later the Grammy-winner can be seen in bed almost passed out. "Don’t fall asleep eating the banana!" her mother warns, to which Taylor hilariously responds, "I’m not asleep, my mind is alive!"
The Bad Blood singer appeared stunned after the clip was aired. "That’s on television!" she said in disbelief.
