The important reason you won’t see Eva Mendes on a red carpet anytime soon

Cape Town – Eva Mendes is giving a very important reason for being MIA on the red carpet alongside her partner, Ryan Gosling.

While Awards season is over, you may have been wondering where Eva was when her gorgeous man walked the red carpet and accepted awards for his film, La La Land.

Well, in an interview with Shape magazine Eva – who has two daughters, Esmarelda, 2, and Amada, 11 months, with Ryan - reveals she’d much rather prefer to support the 36-year-old actor from their home.

The 43-year-old told the magazine: “What people don’t know about me is that I love being home. Instead of hitting the red carpet, I’d rather be with our girls.”
