Cape Town - Mrs Carter is undoubtedly the queen of…well most things, really, including sending subliminal messages.

And after her second On the Run tour with her hubby Jay-Z, the Beyhive is convinced their queen is expecting her fourth child.

While performing one of their duet songs, Bonnie and Clyde, Bey ended the song by caressing what seems to be a growing baby bump then walking off stage with a smile:

Sounds familiar? Yes! At the 2011 VMAs, Beyoncé announced her pregnancy (with Blue Ivy) by ending her Love on Top performance with opening her blazer and caressing her belly:

Some South African fans are worried that if the rumours are true, and Bey really is pregnant, she won’t be able to perform at the Mandela Global Citizen Festival in December:
