Cape Town – Jake Gyllenhaal’s latest interview will totally send a relaxing tingle down your spine. 

The Stronger actor sat down with W magazine for an autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) interview.

Side note: ASMR is “a physical sensation characterised by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp,” according to Urban Dictionary.
