While Tracy wasn’t injured, a witness stated that he left the scene on his own and wasn’t hospitalized even though he complained that, "his left hip was hurting him", according to BET.
Page Six reported that the woman, Jocelyn Madulid, who was driving the Honda SUV, alleged that Tracy was the one who hit her. “We are both turning right – people are still crossing, “she explained to the publication.
“So what happened is we’re both turning right. But I know he hit me because I was already [turning]. I was there, he was the one who hit me!”
This accident comes five years after the Night School actor was involved in a fatal collision that almost cost him his life.
Taking to his Twitter page, the actor-comedian reassured fans that he was “totally fine” as for his new whip, “we shall see” he wrote.
