Tristan Thompson isn't giving up on winning Khloé Kardashian back

Cape Town – Tristan Thompson isn't giving up on Khloé Kardashian.

The couple split earlier this year after the scandal broke that the NBA player cheated on the reality star with Jordyn Woods, though they've continued to co-parent one-year-old True.

Now, according to E! News, Tristan is still trying to "win Khloé back".

A source told the publication, "He feels guilty and knows how badly he messed up. Khloé was the best thing that ever happened to him and he knows he made a lot of mistakes. He's trying to make up for it."

The insider also shared he "sends Khloé gifts and flatters her with compliments" – and he isn't keeping it a secret either. The 28-year-old took to Instagram to congratulate "Momma Koko" on her People's Choice Award win recently.

"Wow wow wow," he wrote on Instagram. "That's two years in a row. Two-time champ. I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year. Revenge Body is something that always stands out to me, you challenge people to fight for a better YOU."

He continued, "It's more about what in life really gives us true happiness and is holding us back from achieving that. True and myself are so proud of you and the sisters for everything last night. Y'all are truly role models to our younger generation. Keep leading with love and happiness. You go girl!!!"

According to the source while Tristan "isn't going to give up until he gets what he wants", he also doesn't seem to be "getting the hint".

"She's in a great place in her life where she's focused on True and co-parenting with Tristan. She's not interested in giving him another chance. She is glad they have come to a peaceful place and can be a family with True, but that is all."

Awkward.
