WATCH: Amanda Bynes introduces fiancé and apologises for calling everyone ugly on Twitter

Amanda Bynes introduced her "drop-dead gorgeous" boyfriend to the world on Thursday.

After announcing her engagement to Paul Michael this past week, the former child star took to Instagram, this time with her fiancé.

"What's up?" Paul, who Amanda is rumoured to have met at a sober living facility two months ago, according to Entertainment Tonight, says.

"I'm so lucky, as you can see, he's drop-dead gorgeous. And he's also the best person on the face of the earth," the 33-year-old says in the video, but admits the introduction wasn't the intention for the video.

"I just wanted to post a video to say I'm sorry to everyone who I called ugly on Twitter," she continues. "I was feeling so ugly at the time, and it was really hard for me to express myself at the time 'cause I was so drugged out. And now I've remained sober for over a year, same with Paul."

Amanda's engagement comes shortly after she dropped out of her degree programme and left her sober living facility in December. But a source close to the star recently echoed Amanda's words, telling People, "She seems happy."

In another post shared not too long ago, Amanda also updated fans that she is officially starting her new line and is back at college.
