WATCH: Celine Dion reflects on her roller coaster year in emotional retrospective video

Cape Town – Celine Dion is remembering her year in a beautiful way – with a retrospective video of 2016 dedicated to her husband, René Angélil.

The My Heart Will Go On hitmaker’s husband died on 14 January after a long battle with cancer.

As Celine prepares for her first holiday season without her husband, the 48-year-old released an emotional video reflecting on her roller coaster year.

Following René’s death, Celine went straight back to work because the show must go one and no one knows that better than her.

She released her 15th French-language studio album in August. Encore un soir went on to gain positive reviews and became a commercial success.
