Cape Town – Chrissy Teigen may or may not be going to jail for opening Rihanna’s mail.
The Sports Illustrated model and her singer husband, John Legend, recently moved into a new house that used to belong to Rihanna.
And much like anywhere in the world, one thing that is usually a hassle is receiving the previous owners mail... But not when it’s Rihanna’s mail.
While Chrissy admitted she wanted to return RiRi’s mail to her, she ended up reading it instead.
She told Ellen: “I really want to somehow give it back to her. So I tried to bring it to the Grammys and John said No! That doesn’t look cool, please don’t you’re embarrassing me!
“But yes, Rihanna you owe $18 to Bugatti.”
Needless to say, Ellen made it very clear that it’s actually illegal to open someone else’s mail.
