Cape Town – Kim Kardashian recalled the hilarious moment North asked her why she’s famous.
Speaking to Big Boy on Real 92.3 radio station, Kim shared the short but sweet story about how she explained to her 5-year-old why everyone knows who she is.
Kim said: “[North asked] ‘Mom, why are you famous?’ And I was like, ‘Oh okay, I’m going to have to explain this now.’”
The mother-of-three added that she simply answered: “We have a TV show; we have a TV show.”
And that seemed to be explanation enough for little North who simply answered: “Oh, okay.”

Kim’s comments come after she revealed in a recent interview on This Morning that at home fame doesn’t really exist.
“At home I'm not known. My kids have no clue what's going on. So, I don't really feel it - I spend most of my time at home.”
